Following his Commerce degree from Keio University, Mr. Saegusa pursued Economics at the University of Tokyo, specialising in accounting. He has amassed extensive consulting experience at leading firms including Japan Research Institute, PwC Advisory, and Recruit, encompassing strategic planning, new business launches, and organisational reform. His expertise lies in resolving management challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), characterised by a focus on practical action plans and effective execution.
